APC SMT3000RMI2U 3000VA 2U RACKMOUNT UPS. Currently in our data cupboard but has been replaced with 2 smaller RMi units as our new setup is smaller. You will need a C19 to 13A cable if you want to run from 13A socket as this is a 16A supply. Batteries are showing as 100% but don't last long, so will need replacing soon. Self test is fine and all works as it should.
