Includes 1x input cable 2x output cables. APC Smart Connect compatible UPS have an inbuilt RJ45 networking port to connect to your network, so they can signal to the APC EcoStruxture cloud. You can then monitor the UPS of all the UPS that you own, and their statuses from one place (APC site). Because the UPS we sell are second hand there is a chance that the ID associated with the UPS is registered elsewhere. So far we are finding most of the units are not registered and you can just link to your own account on arrival. APC have realised this will happen, and have a process in place to handle it - if the UPS is registered elsewhere you can contact APC to change the link to your own account. Its best to have an APC account set up ie a set of credentials that you can use to log into the APC site. We will then open a request to move the ID to your account. 2/ Photo of your UPS serial number sticker. 3/ Photo of the SmartConnect QR code and ID/Key sticker. 4/ Photo of the UPS LCD panel showing the "about info" including the MAC address. We can assist with this. You do not need to do any of the above for the UPS to work. It will function as a UPS just fine. The units are fully tested by UPS experts, and are fully working. They are second user and will have cosmetic signs of previous use. We professionally refurbish including paint touch up or case re-spray as needed. The grading is A-Grade which we class as as good as you can get without having new. Under normal circumstances most orders before 3PM are dispatched on the day of order. Large units / quantities may roll over to being dispatched the next day. We try to meet all customer deadlines.
All of our consignments are sent fully insured on a 24 hour service with our carriers. We cover all problems that occur in transit.
